Bahria University Islamabad Campus (BUIC)
Faiza Nasir leads technology initiatives, drives digital innovation, mentors startups, and creates opportunities to support entrepreneurial ecosystem. She has driven initiatives to strengthen digital presence, virtual incubation, industry mentorship as well as presented BIC at international platform. With over six years of experience across academia and industry, she empowers founders through technology strategy, and innovation-focused guidance. In addition to her current role, Faiza has served as a technology consultant and business developer leading the design and execution of tech-driven projects, preparing technical and financial proposals, and leading the architectural and functional development of systems. She has completed the World Bank’s Leadership and Innovation Program for Development Reforms, further strengthening her strategic understanding of innovation ecosystems. Outside her professional pursuits, she is a published poet and painting artist.

Adeel Ahmad, with 14+ years of experience in innovation, incubation management, and entrepreneurship, excels in organizational strategy, project management, and capacity building at Bahria University. He has led projects from inception to evaluation, managing proposals, budgets, evaluations, and subcontracts to support startups and incubates within the Business Incubation Center. With expertise in Budget Management, Performance Management Plans, and M&E Frameworks, he drives entrepreneurial growth and sustainability. His background spans higher education, entrepreneurship, and economic development, collaborating with UNAIDS, UNDP, and USAID to foster impactful entrepreneurial programs.

Sania drives innovation at the Business Incubation Center by leading startup programs, building partnerships, and fostering entrepreneurial growth. She connects startups to mentorship, funding, and resources, promoting their success on national and global platforms. Her work empowers startups while strengthening networks with industry, investors, and government, advancing the center's mission to create sustainable businesses.

Bahria University Karachi Campus (BUKC)
Engr. Syed Rizwan Ali is an Industry Consultant, Assistant Professor, and Manager of the Business Incubation Center (BIC) at Bahria University Karachi Campus, with 19 years of experience in Startups, Entrepreneurship, BMC Development, FDPs, ERP Design, and Andragogical Teaching. He is an International Judge at the Diamond Challenge (University of Delaware, USA), IVLP Fellow, HEC Master Trainer & Resource Person, British Council ACP Facilitator, Former PUAN Executive Board Member, and GEN Pakistan Regional Coordinator. He has conducted 400+ national trainings and contributed to multiple international and national initiatives. He serves on various committees including PEC, P@SHA, FPCCI, and KATI, and has secured a 9.96M PKR PMNIA grant. He has published 28+ research articles in HEC, WoS, and Scopus-indexed journals.
Syed Rizwan Ali

Bahria University Lahore Campus (BULC)
Dr. Syed Mubashir Ali is an engineer, computer scientist, and academician with around 13 years of experience in IT Administration, Teaching, and Scholarly Research. He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from FAST-NU (2010), M.S. in IT from SZABIST (2014), Ph.D. in Computer Science from IoBM (2020), and completed his Postdoc at UniKL MIIT, Malaysia (2023) under I2CS. Currently, he is Associate Professor and Manager of Bahria Incubation Centre at BULC since 2024. Dr. Mubashir has 30+ international publications (15 in HEC journals, IF 10+, 290+ citations, h-index 10), and has presented and delivered keynotes in Thailand, Canada, UAE, and Pakistan. He reviews for reputed journals including IEEE Access and is an HEC Approved PhD Supervisor and registered engineer (PEC). His research interests include MCDM, circular economy, HCI, soft computing, and supply chain management.
