Warda Qasim manages incubation programs at the Business Incubation Center, supporting startups from ideation to growth while strengthening the university's entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem. With around a decade of experience in the education sector, she brings a strong track record in building industry-academia linkages, managing partnerships and coordinating projects from planning through execution. She previously served as Manager Industrial Linkages & Technology Transfer at Air University's ORIC, connecting students & faculty with industry and research funding opportunities. Her experience also spans a British Council–FCDO technical assistance project, where she managed multi stakeholder national-level coordination and reporting, and prior to that, a Corporate Communications role where she oversaw editorial direction, brand management and stakeholder-facing communications. At the BIC, she focuses on facilitating entrepreneurship training and mentorship, engaging with startups, mentors, investors and innovation networks.
